With over 18 years’ experience working with parents and carers in the community particularly at Surestart Children’s centres, Margaret, a Community Consultant and Family Learning Coordinator is involved in parent outreach and support. She’s also developed training projects and outreach services for families in partnership with health social care and other voluntary services.

Her qualifications include a Main Professional in Community Education and Development, a Chartered Management Institute level 3 Diploma in First-Line Management, a Level 3 Work with Parents qualification and a City & Guilds Level 4 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLS).

Bolanle Okonyia is a qualified accountant with over ten years’ experience in the charity sector, particularly in finance. She also coaches and mentors and delivers financial literacy programmes for families and young people.

Michael Adeleye is an innovative startup founder, digital strategist, and technology-focused creative professional with a proven passion for building impactful solutions at the intersection of community, media, and digital transformation. As Director of Digital Media and IT at ParentSkills2Go, he provides leadership across digital strategy, media development, technology systems, and online engagement.

Michael’s educational journey through 42 London, Code Institute, and WAES has strengthened his expertise in software development, digital systems, and modern problem-solving, equipping him with the practical and strategic skills required to build meaningful digital products and communication platforms. His background reflects both technical depth and entrepreneurial drive, shaped by real-world experience as a founder committed to creating accessible, user-focused, and growth-oriented solutions.

His work covers a broad range of disciplines including web development, digital marketing, media production, business innovation, brand development, and technology integration. He is deeply committed to helping organisations use technology not just as a tool, but as a force for inclusion, visibility, empowerment, and sustainable growth.

At ParentSkills2Go, Michael helps drive the organisation’s digital and media vision, ensuring its platforms, messaging, and systems are aligned with its mission to support parents, children, and communities. He is especially passionate about using storytelling, digital infrastructure, and innovation to expand reach, deepen engagement, and amplify impact.

Tolu brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to his projects. With a background in architecture, illustration and graphic design, he facilitates sessions for our young creative and empowered team.

Pamela Simpson holds a Chemistry degree and has extensive experience in scientific research. She then transitioned into sales and development, where she’s spent over 12 years as a trainer and facilitator of finance and money programmes in schools and colleges.

Amy Guther, Chief Financial Officer at Sumerian Partners, has over 20 years of experience in financial management and advice. She applies this expertise to address global health and social inequality challenges.

Maritza Tschepp is a FE and Family Learning lecturer at Adult and Community Learning in Southwark and the City of London Corporation. With over 20 years of experience supporting safeguarding practice within formal and community education she is a valuable asset to the organisation.

Davlan, an entrepreneur and youth advocate, serves on the ParentSkills2Go Advisory Board. He runs fashion workshops that build confidence and creativity, ultimately empowering the next generation of future leaders.
